Solla Sollew is a two story house in the heart of Seabrook, WA - the new beach town on the Washington coast.
The first floor has an open floor plan for the cozy living room, dining room, and fully-equiped kitchen. The living room has a 42" plasma TV, cable with HD channels, XBox360, plenty of board games for the family, a library of books and a woodburning fireplace.

The kitchen has granite counters, a farmhouse sink, gas range and cooking gadgets galore. There is even a cookbook library and a stocked spice cabinet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed with custom headboard. The mattress is a Simmons Dakar (equivalent to "Heavenly") Pillow Top mattress and has luxurious sheets and comforter to keep you cozy.
The kids room has a fun speed boat shaped twin bed with storage in the "bow" and a twin trundle down below. A sail flies above the bed and there are lockers for games and clothes storage. A fun place for your kids to sleep!
The master suite occupies the entire second floor and has a luxurious king bed with a Simmons Dakar pillow top mattress.
The master bedroom has a restful reading nook where you can relax in the slipcovered chaise with a great book chosen from our library. Or curl up with a blanket and take a nap!
Hang out on the covered porch and sip a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise. Or just enjoy the scenery while reading a book.
The backyard boasts a hot tub, an outdoor heated shower, a large propane grill and adirondack chairs to relax in on the paved patio.

The carriage house has a bright entryway, queen bed (also a Simmons Dakar mattress) with luxury linens and comforter, a private bathroom with shower, a mini-kitchen and full size futon.
