The first floor of the main house has an open floor plan for the living areas and two bedrooms and a bath off the hallway. The back bedroom has a queen matress and the front bedroom is set up as a kids room with a twin-sized speedboat bed (trundle underneath to sleep two).

The kitchen is fully equiped for all your cooking needs and includes granite countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a gas range. The dining room can seat 6 at the custom alder-topped table and another four at the kitchen island.

The living room includes a wood-burning fireplace, 42 inch plasma HDTV with cable and HD channels, plus an XBox360 for games or watching DVDs. There is also an extensive library of movies, XBox games and books to choose from.

The mudroom includes a full size front-loading washer (with detergent) and dryer for your extended stays. There is also a utility sink, a half-bath, and a drying rack for your swim suits after a dip in the ocean or a soak in the backyard hot tub.

The entire second floor is the Master Suite, with a king-sized luxury mattress, reading nook, master bath with heated floor, and a generous walk-in closet with a full size crib with linens for the littlest ones. This suite is a perfect spot to escape from the rest of the house.

The separate carriage house is a great place for a second couple or small family to get some privacy.

It sleeps two in the luxury queen mattress, and two more on the double futon in the living area.

It has its own bath with shower, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave,mini-fridge and coffee maker.
